Convention Registration

To register for the convention, complete and submit a registration form along with the required payment. The preregistration deadline is January 23, 2013. You can also register at the convention.

Registration forms will be mailed to all current members the first full week of January 2013. Also at that time registration forms will be available for download from this site, and on-line registration will open, also through this site. Any questions prior to that time should be directed to:
