Andrew Hansen received a BS in Civil Engineering from Montana State University
in 1980 and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in
1982. Andrew returned to Montana State and received a Ph.D. in Mechanical
Engineering in 1985. He has been a professor at the University of Wyoming since
December of 1985.
Continuum Mechanics: mixture theory, multicontinuum theories, composite
materials, granular materials, snow mechanics.
