The Biointerfacial Research Group is located at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, WY under the direction of Dr. Patrick A. Johnson. The Biointerfacial Research Group has a number on projects underway focusing on the use of magnetic nano-particles for the development of biosensors and CO2 capture as well as using electrospun spider silk proteins for tissue engineering applications.
